四岁是我们开始正式教泳姿的年龄。这个年纪的孩子已经能听懂并照着做，手脚的协调也够了。四岁以下我们归在婴幼儿课，以亲水和呼吸控制为主，家长需要下水陪同。
第一期通常教什么
先把脸下水和吐气练顺，再练浮，然后才是打腿和手部动作。孩子在水里放松了，后面的进度会快很多，顺序颠倒过来就容易卡住。
自由式和蛙式是最常从这里开始的两种泳姿，之后再看孩子的状况加仰式。
安全，是我们先讲清楚的部分
教练下水前会先跟孩子说这一堂要做什么、哪里可以站、哪里不能去。孩子没掌握正确的姿势之前，教练不会让他单独在深水区练习。
我们的教练持有新加坡国家教练认证（NROC），部分教练另有 AUSTSWIM、新加坡游泳教师协会（SSTA）与教育部（MOE）的认证，并全部通过背景审查。
收费
标准课程 45 分钟：
- 一对一：每堂 S$75，只有教练和您一个人。
- 两人同学：每堂 S$90，平均每位学员 S$45。
- 三人同学：每堂 S$105，平均每位学员 S$35。
- 四人小班：每堂 S$120，平均每位学员 S$30。
上课地点
上课地点由您决定：您公寓的泳池，或离您最近的 ActiveSG 公共游泳馆。教练带齐教具上门，您不必为了上课先塞一趟车。

We have been with Just Swim for two years+ for 1:1 swimming lessons. We started with Coach Darren, who taught our son. He was a great coach and our son picked up his swimming skills quickly and confidently. When we felt our son was ready to stop lessons, we enrolled our daughter with Coach Dorothy. Our daughter was initially resistant to learning, but with time, Coach Dorothy trained her well with the right balance of TLC and discipline. We are very happy to see that our daughter has now graduated and is able to swim and survive in the water. Thank you, Coach Darren and Coach Dorothy!!

Coach Jeff has been a fantastic swim coach for my son, Keita. Within a year, Keita learned front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. Jeff is very patient and great with kids, which made every lesson enjoyable. Keita always looked forward to his swimming classes and really had fun learning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great coach for their children.

常见 问题
孩子很怕水，可以上课吗？
可以，而且这是我们最常遇到的情况。教练不会急着让孩子把脸埋进水里，会先在浅水区玩到孩子肯放松为止。
家长需要下水吗？
四岁以上不需要，您在池边看着就好。四岁以下的婴幼儿课需要家长下水陪同。
几个孩子可以一起上？
最多 4 个。程度差太多的话，教练会建议分开或者先上一对一。
孩子学多久才会游？
看孩子。不怕水的孩子通常十几堂课能自己游一趟自由式；怕水的会花更多时间在前面几堂。试课之后教练会给您一个比较实际的估计。
