By enrolling in the course, students agree to these terms and conditions.

  • The course will be conducted over a period of 3 months including attachments.
  • Students are required to attend all scheduled classes and complete all assigned assignments, assessments, and practical training.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance is essential for successful completion of the course.
  • Students must meet the minimum passing criteria set by the governing body (e.g., AUSTSWIM) and the school.
  • This includes successful completion of theoretical exams, practical assessments, and demonstration of teaching skills.
  • If a student who has met the attendance and completion requirements fails to pass the course within the specified 3 months, the school will provide a full refund of the fees paid, excluding any fees paid to external instructors or governing bodies, such as AUSTSWIM and external coaches.
  • Proof of attendance, completion of assignments, and failed exam results must be provided to initiate the refund process.
  • The money-back guarantee does not apply in the following cases: If the student fails to meet the attendance or completion requirements in the schedule already given to the student.
  • If the student fails to pass the course due to reasons beyond the school’s control, such as personal circumstances or unforeseen events.
  • If the student withdraws from the course voluntarily before its completion.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of receiving the notification of failure.
  • The school will process the refund within 30 business days of receiving the completed refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the student.
  • The school reserves the final right on whether or not to process the refund based on the circumstances presented.
  • The school will not be responsible for refunding any fees paid to external instructors or governing bodies, such as AUSTSWIM.
  • Students will be provided with receipts or proof of payment for these external fees.
  • The school reserves the right to modify the course curriculum or schedule as necessary to ensure the quality of education and meet regulatory requirements without any advanced notice.
  • The school also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any given time without advanced notice to the students.
