We have been with Just Swim for two years+ for 1:1 swimming lessons. We started with Coach Darren, who taught our son. He was a great coach and our son picked up his swimming skills quickly and confidently. When we felt our son was ready to stop lessons, we enrolled our daughter with Coach Dorothy. Our daughter was initially resistant to learning, but with time, Coach Dorothy trained her well with the right balance of TLC and discipline. Coach Jeff has been a fantastic swim coach for my son, Keita. Within a year, Keita learned front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. Jeff is very patient and great with kids, which made every lesson enjoyable. Keita always looked forward to his swimming classes and really had fun learning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great coach for their children.

Absolutely. Many of our adult learners at RiverParc Residence start with no swimming background at all. Our NROC-certified coaches work patiently on water confidence first, then build up to strokes at a pace that suits you.
Each session at RiverParc Residence runs for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the swimmer's age. For children under four years old, lessons are kept to 30 minutes so younger learners stay comfortable and focused. Older children and adults train for up to 45 minutes, which allows more time for warm-up, skill practice, and feedback.
Children from around three years old can begin lessons at RiverParc Residence. Younger swimmers learn through play-based activities, while older children focus on technique. Each class is tailored to the swimmer's age and ability.
Yes. RiverParc Residence has a long-settled community, and we often coach siblings in sequence or pick up swimmers who learned the basics years ago. Your coach will assess where each swimmer is before setting the plan.
Yes, parents are welcome to watch from the poolside areas. Seeing progress first-hand is encouraging for young swimmers. We ask that observation remains non-disruptive so children can focus on their coach.
Bring swimwear, goggles, a swim cap, a towel, and a water bottle. A change of clothes is handy for younger children. Kickboards, floats, and other aids are supplied by our coaches.
