Nervous about your baby’s first dip? Want them to build water confidence from a young age? Try our baby swimming lessons in Singapore with a free trial at Woodlands Swimming Complex or another convenient location near you.
At JustSwim Singapore, we believe early exposure to water is essential for every child, especially in a city surrounded by pools, beaches, and reservoirs. Our swimming lessons for babies are carefully designed to develop water safety, confidence, and comfort from as early as 3 months old.
Each infant swimming lesson is led by certified baby swim coaches who specialise in both swim instruction and early childhood development. With small class sizes, warm water, and a playful approach, your little one will learn to love the water in a safe and nurturing environment.

It’s completely normal for babies to feel unsure around water during their first few experiences. That’s why our baby swimming lessons in Singapore are designed to introduce your little one to water gently and positively, so they feel secure from the very start.
Our instructors are certified in both infant swimming lessons and early childhood development. They know how to create a calm, playful environment that helps babies build trust and confidence in the water at their own pace.
We keep our swimming lessons for babies small and focused, with strict safety standards and baby-friendly facilities. Every class is structured to support your baby’s comfort, progress, and enjoyment, while giving you peace of mind.

Every baby develops at a different pace, which is why our swimming lessons for babies are carefully structured around their age and ability. Whether your little one is just getting used to the water or ready to start learning basic movements, our coaches adjust the pace to suit their comfort level.
Our infant swimming lessons focus on key milestones such as breath control, floating, kicking, and water play, all introduced through gentle guidance and engaging activities. As your baby progresses, we slowly build on these skills to encourage water independence and safety awareness.
Each session is filled with songs, toys, and playful routines that make baby swimming lessons both fun and effective. It’s a great way to build coordination, confidence, and a lifelong love for the water.

Swimming is more than just a fun activity for babies, it plays a key role in their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth. Through our infant swimming lessons, your child gains benefits that go far beyond the pool.
Here’s how swimming lessons for babies support healthy development:

At JustSwim, we believe that learning to swim is a shared journey between parent and child. That’s why our baby swimming lessons are designed to keep you actively involved every step of the way.
Parents are encouraged to participate in the pool during specific parts of the session, especially in the early stages of infant swimming lessons. Your presence helps build your baby’s confidence, creates a stronger emotional bond, and makes each class more enjoyable for both of you.
Our coaches also provide regular updates on your child’s progress and offer simple tips to help you reinforce water safety and comfort during bath time or family swim outings. We make sure you’re not just watching your baby’s growth, you’re part of it.

We know how packed your schedule can be, especially with a baby. That’s why our baby swimming lessons in Singapore are available at different times and locations to fit your family’s routine.
Choose from weekday or weekend classes, morning or afternoon slots, whatever suits your lifestyle best. Our certified coaches offer both group and private swimming lessons for babies at public swimming complexes, private club pools, and even condominium pools across Singapore.
Whether you’re looking for a quiet 1-on-1 session or a fun group environment, we make it easy for your baby to start swimming without the stress of rigid schedules or long travel.
Wondering what makes JustSwim different when it comes to infant swimming lessons? Here’s how we give your baby the best possible start in the water:
Every baby starts with water acclimatisation and gentle skill-building to ensure a strong, safe foundation for future swimming.
Our baby swimming lessons use songs, toys, and interactive routines to keep your little one engaged while learning essential skills.
Group sessions are kept small to ensure your baby gets individual attention. We also offer private lessons for families who prefer a one-on-one setting.
All our instructors are NROC-certified and trained in early childhood development, so your baby learns in a caring and professional environment.

We have been with Just Swim for two years+ for 1:1 swimming lessons. We started with Coach Darren, who taught our son. He was a great coach and our son picked up his swimming skills quickly and confidently. When we felt our son was ready to stop lessons, we enrolled our daughter with Coach Dorothy. Our daughter was initially resistant to learning, but with time, Coach Dorothy trained her well with the right balance of TLC and discipline. We are very happy to see that our daughter has now graduated and is able to swim and survive in the water. Thank you, Coach Darren and Coach Dorothy!!

Coach Jeff has been a fantastic swim coach for my son, Keita. Within a year, Keita learned front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. Jeff is very patient and great with kids, which made every lesson enjoyable. Keita always looked forward to his swimming classes and really had fun learning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great coach for their children.

You’ll need to bring a swim diaper, a baby swimsuit, a towel, a change of clothes, and milk or snacks for after the session. We also recommend bringing a familiar bath toy to help your baby feel more comfortable in the water.
Yes, parent participation is required for our infant swimming lessons. Your presence provides comfort and builds trust for your baby, making it easier for them to adapt and enjoy the water. It’s also a great bonding opportunity.
