We have been with Just Swim for two years+ for 1:1 swimming lessons. We started with Coach Darren, who taught our son. He was a great coach and our son picked up his swimming skills quickly and confidently. When we felt our son was ready to stop lessons, we enrolled our daughter with Coach Dorothy. Our daughter was initially resistant to learning, but with time, Coach Dorothy trained her well with the right balance of TLC and discipline. We are very happy to see that our daughter has now graduated and is able to swim and survive in the water. Thank you, Coach Darren and Coach Dorothy!!

Coach Jeff has been a fantastic swim coach for my son, Keita. Within a year, Keita learned front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. Jeff is very patient and great with kids, which made every lesson enjoyable. Keita always looked forward to his swimming classes and really had fun learning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great coach for their children.

Yes. Our Lush Acres classes cover everyone from first-time swimmers to those building distance. Beginners start with water confidence and breathing, while stronger swimmers use the long pool to work on endurance and stroke efficiency.
Each session at Lush Acres runs for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the swimmer's age. For children under four years old, lessons are kept to 30 minutes so younger learners stay comfortable and focused. Older children and adults train for up to 45 minutes, which allows more time for warm-up, skill practice, and feedback.
Children from around three years old can start at Lush Acres. Younger learners benefit from short, playful sessions that build trust in the water. Lessons are always matched to your child's developmental stage.
Yes. Lush Acres has an unusually long residential lap pool, which makes it well suited to swimmers moving beyond widths into proper lengths. Your coach will use as much or as little of it as your level requires.
Yes, parents may observe from the poolside seating areas. Many children feel reassured with a parent nearby. We ask that observers stay clear of the teaching space so swimmers stay focused.
Bring swimwear, goggles, a swim cap, a towel, and a water bottle. A change of clothes is useful for younger children. Training aids such as kickboards and floats are supplied by our coaches.
