What are the entry fees at Ang Mo Kio (Teck Ghee) Swimming Complex?
ActiveSG islandwide rates apply. Singapore Citizens and PRs pay $1.00 (adult) or $0.50 (child under 12 / senior 55+) on weekdays, and $1.30 / $0.60 on weekends and public holidays. Non-residents pay $1.30 weekday and $1.70 weekend. Entry is via the ActiveSG app or Singpass, and walk-ins are welcome during operating hours. If you swim regularly, the MyActiveSWIM monthly pass ($10 adult / $5 child and senior) gives unlimited islandwide access.
What are the opening hours?
The complex is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to Sunday from 8.00am to 9.30pm. It is closed on Wednesdays for maintenance, except when Wednesday falls on a public holiday, when it opens 8.00am to 9.30am. Avoid the 5pm to 8pm post-work and weekend slots if you prefer quieter lanes.
What pools and facilities are inside?
The newly reopened complex (January 2026) features a 50-metre competition pool, a sheltered multi-generational pool, a teaching pool, a jacuzzi, a children’s play pool with water playground, an inclusive gym, and Singapore’s first calming pod at a sports facility.

1771 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1. The nearest MRT is Ang Mo Kio (NS16) on the North-South Line, about a 10 to 12-minute walk away. There is on-site carpark access for drivers, and several bus services stop along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1.
What should I bring and what are the rules?
Bring proper swimwear (no cotton t-shirts or board shorts), goggles, a towel, and flip-flops. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory. Children under 8 must be supervised by an adult in the water. No food or glass containers are allowed in the pool deck area.
