Is There a Free CPR and AED Course in Singapore?
The short answer is: a fully free, accredited CPR certification is not widely available.
There are occasional free CPR awareness workshops run by SCDF and community organisations. These sessions are valuable for building public awareness, but they are non-accredited and do not result in a formal certification. For roles in coaching, lifeguarding, teaching, or healthcare that require proof of CPR+AED competency, an accredited certification is what is needed, not a free workshop attendance.

Renewing Your CPR and AED Certification
CPR and AED certification is valid for two years from the date of completion. Renewal is straightforward, provided you book before the expiry date on your current certificate.

Intake slots, particularly for SkillsFuture-funded sessions, fill up. Book at least four to six weeks ahead of your expiry date to avoid a gap in your certification.
