Step 1: Foundational E-Learning (Online, Self-Paced)
Before you even step on the pool deck, you’ll build the intellectual bedrock of your career through our engaging online module. This allows you to master the core principles at your convenience.

Step 2: The 2-Day Intensive Workshop (In-Person)

- Day 2: In-Pool Mastery & Application (Practical)
- Duration: ~6 hours (Pool-based)

Step 3: Real-World Apprenticeship (18 Mentored Sessions)
This is the most critical phase where theory meets reality. You will be paired with a senior mentor to co-teach live classes, bridging the gap between training and professional practice.

Our kids’ swimming instructor course is designed for flexibility. We offer a part-time schedule that runs for 8 weeks, with classes held on weekends. We also have a full-time intensive option that can be completed in 2 weeks. Please inquire about the next available intake dates.
Our course is designed to build instructors from the ground up. We teach you the fundamentals of pedagogy, classroom management, and communication, ensuring you have all the tools needed to be an effective teacher, even if you’ve never taught before. A baseline swimming proficiency is, however, an entry requirement.
